Refund Policy

Software purchased through the Sounds In Sync web store or from within each application may be returned up to 14 days from the date of purchase. Items marked "all sales are final" cannot be returned.

A restocking fee of 15% will be charged on all returned items.


Upgrade Policy

Unless otherwise stated, when you purchase a license for a product from Sounds In Sync you are entitled to all minor upgrades that follow. For example, if you purchased EdiCue v2.0.1 and version v2.1.0 is available, you are entitled to the upgrade. Just download the application and install. However, upgrades where the major version number changes (e.g., 1.x.x to 2.x.x) need to be purchased.
